Congratulations to you all! The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has just published a list of the world’s top 100 outsourcing companies. And I am proud to announce that ISS is ranked as number seven on the list counting companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services such as IT, consultancy and facility services to name a few.
Being one of the best facility services companies on the list proves that we do lead facility services globally. And we do so by leading it locally. Therefore, the credit for this recognition, which we truly deserve, is all yours. It is the daily effort of you and all the employees in your organizations which make ISS what it is.
ISS has achieved the high rank based on not only our global presence and size but also based on among other criteria our ability to train and develop employees, the recognitions we’ve received around the world as well as our impressive client list.
Our value proposition can help clients become more efficient through outsourcing. Many of them are seeing the benefit of not only single service outsourcing but also of Integrated Facility Services outsourcing. For a long time, companies were happy using different providers for different functions and didn’t see the need to change. They were worried about risk: Relying on one provider for ten services meant if anything happened to that provider, many corporate functions could be affected. The economic environment, however, is changing the picture. Companies are now taking a closer look at how efficient their current service set-up is, and they are discovering that there are real benefits to Integrated Facility Service outsourcing.
